To be honest, I don't think you like French omelettes, period. A classic French omelette is a culinary ballet of eggs, softly curdled and then folded into a silky, almost creamy texture. The inside of a French omelette is tender and slightly custardy, with just a hint of creaminess. Simplicity and precision are its hallmarks, often finished with a whisper of fresh herbs. Maybe order a country omelette next time at another restaurant. It's all about what makes your taste buds happy. Bon appétit! 🥚
