Thank-you for giving us a better language for talking to our patients and using the biopsychosocial model to do that. This is very valuable!! Would love more examples like this!

Hello Mr Butler, first of all thanks for your insights. I am currently under treatment by a therapeut who practices your methods. I can no longer fully bend my knees i.e. touching my buttocks with my heels. This is so already 30 years and all other doctors and therapeuts spoke me about arthrose and damaged cartilage, referring to my age (I am 73 now). Not so my actual therapeut with whom I got in contact through a friend. After 5 sessions with a 2 week interval there is already some progress. I do daily some exercises the therapeut learned me and I am hopefull that within some months I can report the success of the treatment based on your approach.

Thank you, this was helpful in saying something different instead of bone on bone. I would like to know what exercises I can do to help me get over this excruciating pain.
