Oats roti is very helpful for weightloss and is very tasty too. In this video, i will tell you how to make Oats roti perfectly. You will know tips to make soft Oats ki roti. I will also tell you how to make fluffy and soft oats ki roti without mixing any other flour. we will make oats ki roti with 100% Oats and it will be very tasty. so try this recipe of Oatmeal roti and tell me if you like the video in comments.
Ingredients:
1-1/3 cup Oats
1 cup Water
1/2 tsp Salt
1/2 tsp Ghee

Whole grain Oatmeal is very healthy. Oats chapatis will obviously also be healthy!! Healthy foods are always a plus, because Health is Wealth - Safety First, then Health - Nothing is more important than our safety & health, because without it, we're helpless & useless!! This receipe is not new for me as oats is favourite in my home excluding me. I dont like oats thought I had oats roti. However nice video procedure of preparing explained in detail.

I have a question. If I need only say 1 (one) chapati per meal then I prepare more dough and use it over 2 - 3 days if the excess is saved in a fridge. Or how long will prepared chapatis last without drying out completely ? Thanks. I am desperately trying to get altogether away from consuming wheat in any form.

Yes you can make dough and keep in fridge and use over 2 days. Please do not make chapatis and store as it is not good to eat stale food. I always prefer fresh chapatis.

Tried it out today. Taste was absolute classic. Pretty close to our Gujju dish called "Khichu". Will fine tune quantities to my requirement, environment and kitchen tools. Tomorrow will be trying out your Jowar recipe. Bajra items will have to wait until winter time. 👍👍👍

When I boil water, I turn off the flame and then stir oat flour in hot water. But when I mix it to make the dough, it sticks a lot in the pan.

That’s why I suggest to add little ghee / butter to boiling water. Oats flour should also be coarse and not very fine.

Oats DOES NOT make you lose weight. It’s the total number of calories consumed and burned or used. So it’s INTAKE vs OUTPUT. That’s it. Eat more non starchy vegetables, Half a plate with vegetables , 1/4 th portion of carbs snd 1/4 th protein in small or medium size plate. Moderate intensity walk or any work out of your choice for ONE hour at least THREE times a week. You will notice your weight start dropping after 2-3 weeks and from there on it will continue to drop further. You might have to tweak your diet or work out plan if and when you hit the plateau. It worked for me and it might work for someone else.

Oats is gluten free and we all know what gluten does to your guts and how eliminating gluten helps in numerous ways, including weight loss. True that you should anyway limit your carb intake. But between traditional wheat chapatti and this.. obviously this is far more healthier and will definitely help you lose weight and heal your gut.

@@AARUMKITCHEN please keep sharing recipes which replace wheat and gluten. Am definitely going to try this. My nutritionist has recommended oats and ghee as a healthy option to add on to daily diet. But making chapatti with oats is totally new to me.. awesome. We also have jowar roti, ragi roti.. all gluten free and super healthy. ❤
