RECIPE:
Ocean (Coconut milk syrup):
○ 1 pack palm sugar 500g
○ 1 cup water
○ 2 cans coconut milk
○ 1 tsp salt
○ 2 cups milk of choice
○ Blue food coloring, optional
Gold pearls (Tapioca pearls):
○ 1 cup tapioca pearls
○ Yellow food coloring
○ Water for boiling
Pink kelp (Tapioca strips)
○ 1/2 cup tapioca starch + more for dusting
○ 1/4 cup hot water
○ Water for boiling
Blue and Purple shells (Mochi):
○ 1 cup glutinous rice flour plus extra for coating
○ 1/3 cup sugar
○ 1/3 cup hot water
○ Blue food coloring
○ Purple food coloring
Green seaweed (Cendol)
○ 1 1/3 cup bot banh gio mix
○ 5 cups water
○ Green food coloring
