NOOO!! I'm a huge Oceansize fan and didn't even hear of their breakup up until I saw the RIP Oceansize comment on this video (I live in America. And I know of only 1 other Oceansize fan here). This was one of my favorite songs by them, and this performance is a fitting farewell for me. I never got to see them live, but am blessed by the countless live videos available on youtube.

The only bands I can suggest are A Whisper in the Noise (for the quiet stuff) and My Exit Music for the louder stuff (they have quiet too). My Exit Music's best album is Someday Zero, but their follow-up is quite good also.

Hey, guys, I strongly recommend Pethole. They're not as complicated as Oceansize, but pretty similar in fast songs. Also the vocal is preeeety the same. Just check it out!

Yeah man Toe are sick for sure, but you're still stuck in this cycle of one band being 'better' than another. Try telling somebody that knows about fine art that Constable is 'better' than Da Vinci. It's all grey area man, that's all i'm saying (apart from in the obvious cases e.g. The cheeky girls are definitely 'worse' than say, Opeth). At no point did I say that Mono are anything like Oceansize. The kid just asked for post recommendations. I gave one. So deflate that chest huh ;)
