Recipi bagus dan istimewah.. Bahan yg kamu miss out.. Bawang putih 5.biju tumbuk pecah bubuh dalam purut ayam.. Steam 30.minutes ,tutuo apu dan tutup tudung 30 minutes.. Masa ambil naik ,sapukan sedikit garam dan samsu beras di atas kulit atam, baru mula memotong makan.. Ok.. Gd job, Kam Sheah. !

If only there was smellovision laugh out loud. I never knew a whole chicken could be steamed an the way you used that you flip over your cleaver and handled that ginger then squeezed the juice. I am 49 years old . I cant believe I've never seen this type of thing. Wow thanks for sharing.

Cooking the whole chicken is a common thing in some Asian cultures. But only done with organic & freshly butchered chicken though. The taste is very different & much better than store bought chicken

The steaming time of 2kg chicken around 30 mins, let it rest for 5~10 mins after steamed( don't open the lid), pierce the leg to test if cooked or not, thanks for watching!
