These videos are a great combination of raw motivation, detailed knowledge, and humor. Also, having a vocal partner makes this great listening for us in the gym.

The tips / cues vids are really great !!! These type vids from guys like Hunter, Nick, Dr. Nick / Feathers are helping me progress way more than the grip-n-rip days. As an older guy ( 50 y.o. ) these are helping correct some of my joint issues while still making progression. Thanks Hunter !!! Keep it Up !!!

It's so nuts watching you, here you are one of the top bodybuilders in the world, big 300lb guy, and you are super intelligent! Not to say bodybuilders can't be smart but it's just not the stereo type right...Your vocabulary is so expansive, it's really cool to listen to you break things down while you train

Hey hunter and Roy. Two questions. For your splits what number of exercises do you recommend for larger and smaller body parts ? 4/5 for large muscles and 2/3 for smaller ? I’m starting to document my workouts with reps and weight. Do you find writing these things down are beneficial and help towards making progress with the workload ?
@RoyEvans360
@RoyEvans360 Ай бұрын
Yes you are correct. Typically we are doing about 4-5 exercise for the larger muscles and 2-3 for the smaller. For instance on our arm day we are only doing 2 exercises for the biceps and 2 for the triceps. Just make sure you see how your body feels and really emphasize the control on every set.
@davidzamora8342
@davidzamora8342 Ай бұрын
@@RoyEvans360 thanks for the reply. I tried more exercises around 6 and was seeing no results or improvements. Once I cut back to 5 for larger groups and 2/3 for smaller groups i started to notice better strength and gains. Good luck and god bless.

What if you're tall? It's hard to fill out a full chest when you're above 6 ft 6 inches. And the other KZbin channels don't cover this.
