Looking great there Mr. Hunter Labrada, America's Champion! Looking forward to another gun day video as well!

I absolutely love the thought Hunter puts into his training. If he doesn’t reach his goal, it won’t be because of lack of effort or preparation.

Love the leg day videos. I tried your tip of not retracting at all during RDLS and I felt the difference, I didn’t even realize I was retracting 😂

Appreciate the tip on RDLs! Previously, i never really knew whether to retract or not and definitely never thought of packing the lats.

I like the Nick Walker version in not coming so much …. As the stress leaves the Hams and goes to the glutes somewhat. …. Each to their own. Hunter is the biggest and best I’ve seen to date. ❤

@Malcolmcampbell19976 ай бұрын
NO DISRESPECT, but just curious why your training partner was shaking like a leaf during RDLs, he seemed to be packing his lats… does he not usually do RDLs?? Even the 225 was shakey?? EDIT: rear delt strength problem??

Wouldn’t the platforms on the RDL limit your stretch, which limits growth? Just curious why you are using those. Are you trying to avoid injury?
@gauduchonmarin83156 ай бұрын
Depending on your leverages, going too far down will just load the lower back. For Hams, focus on bringing the hips back. For Hunter, platforms keep him in the optimal Rom for him. Whereas other people might need to do Rdl with a deficit for a better stretch
@gauduchonmarin83156 ай бұрын
I'm guessing of course, Hunter will correct me if I'm wrong
