I got a salary annexure as pdf and a joining required docs pdf with in text written in mail that "you have been selected for role "####" for this company" but no other pdf of offer letter separately with Date of joining shared with me, HR says this is only the offer letter. What should I do?

You should ask HR regarding the offer letter which should have your role or designation metioned on it. If they says it's an offer letter then you can counter them by asking the designation, salary per annum, place of work, probation period, to whom u shall be reporting and joining date has to be mentioned. If they provide all this in the pdf doc, then u should move ahead.

Thanks Ajay. As per your question, any company giving you an offer letter on a letter head makes it a proper authenticated offer letter. Offer letter can be given to you any prior day in you're case 2 days before of your joining so need not worry. Hope this answers you're question. Best of luck for new job.

Booking k charges company ko nahi lene chahiye. End to end laptop aur mobile ki delivery puri company ki responsibly hoti hai. Better check about the company before joining.

Hi, Waitlist is also called candidature on hold. So in this case I would suggest you to again start looking for other opportunity bcoz there is only 20% chances are there they may consider you if given the case someone who have joined recently will leave or abscond else they would not call you. This happens in most of the cases. So better look for another opportunity.

Ho sacta hai wo document NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) ho, to sign kr sacte hai pr bina pade nahi, ho sacta hai ki kai bate jo document me boli gayi ho wo apko pasand naa aye. Isliye HR se document mag kr pd lijiye fir sign kijiye agr apko lagta hai ki sab sahi hai.

Isko documentation bolte hai. Apni family details dede. Aur bank details apko salary dene k liye mang rahe honge. To ap apna bank account number, Bank IFSC code dede taki wo apko apki salary de paye. Aur jo booklet hoti hai use HR handbook kahte hai, isme company ki policies mention hoti hai. Ise pad le. Hope apka doubt clear hua hoga.
