Raul Garcia the question isn't was he a good person or a bad person. It's what his specific actions were leading up to his death. Did he attempt to disarm the officer? The forensic evidence says yes. That's all that matters about this case.

I totally disagree with this statement. The information needs to come to the public. You have to keep everything in check, even the corrupt local government. And you can see exactly what took place here. The people who actually saw what took place were turned into liars, and when Darren Wilson got money, he purchased black witnesses to corroborate his story. So he and the local government gave a story that you purchased and allowed a murderer to go free. Darren Wilson shot a non-charging, unarmed teenager. This is something that should netted him years in jail, but he got away scott-free because they were able to later identify Michael Brown as the person who took merchandise from a store. His caper was just around 5 dollars. At that time they did not have a law that stated if you push a person that is a felony. The law stated that if you injure a person that is a felony. Michael Brown should have went to jail for a weekend.

I don't think so, there were many eyewitnesses on the scene None of them claim Mike Brown threw any punches, that was a lie by officer Wilson, What really happened was Mike Brown and his friend were very disrespectful to the officer, idiots walking in the middle of the street, 1st occassion to piss the office off, then the officer tells them to move to the sidewalk, they ignore him, 2 occassion to piss the officer off. Now he angrily backs up to block them, bangs then with his door, and Mike Brown trying to be a bad ass, isn't moving or reacting, the officer, can't fully open his door, and reaches and grabs him, Mike hands cigarello's to his friend while trying to pull away sensing the cops anger, and he gets angry to, pulls away, being disrespectful calling the cop a white POS, get your hands off me, blah, blah, blah, now Wilson is even more pissed pulls his gun and fires aimlessly into the door and again clipping Mike Brown. Now the two start running, Wilson gets out of his car, pissed the hell off, at this point and fires aimlessly in the direction of the men, Mike Brown turns around, puts is hands up, starts to ask WTF why are you shooting at us, Wilson, pissed at the disrespect, and disregard for law shoots to kill. That is what happened. Mike Brown got what he deserved, because he was a bully and disrespectful a$$hole, it's not legal justice, but it's moral justice in my opinion.
@thereGoMapo
@thereGoMapo 4 жыл бұрын
how do you know?
@unite4peace88
@unite4peace88 4 жыл бұрын
thereGoMapo Because there is a fundamental justification for shooting with deadly force, and getting pissed off by some disrespectful punks isn’t one of them, that being said, in the differences in details described by 3 independent witnesses, all of whom tell the exact same story, Officer Wilson’s version includes exactly enough overt information to justify the LIFE BEING THREATENED STANDARD, take that part out, and you have a shooting that falls into the shaky realm of excessive force. It’s not hard to rationalize that the person telling a version of events, WITH SOMETHING TO LOSE, is going to modify the details. A very important tell, that describes Off. Wilson’s degree of anger is the BLOCKING THEM WITH THE CAR detail, both sides admit to this fact, but that is an act of rage, yes he was pissed, and I don’t blame him one bit, and I’m glad he kept his job, justice is on the side of the man doing his duty here. Not the thug.

As a Black woman in contemporary America, I empathize with this young man along the lines of rational respect, duty and integrity. I really dont believe that this young cop had the motive to murder. And although it is still hard, we as black people need to carry on and practice grace. Grace in our actions, our thinking, exercise of choice and decisions. All for the great sake of Martin Luther King, Malcolm X and James Baldwin. They did not persevere for nothing. Our people did not endure and suffer murderous and violent oppression to not finish or deliver on our responsibility to not be violent and wreckless ourselves.

My heart goes out to the brown family, however I just wish they would take some accountability for their son actions in all of this. Had this young man had respect for his community and authority he would still be here. I grew up in a neighborhood like Browns and the crime their is scary. It's not predominantly cops that's doing the killings it's mostly black on black and no one says anything about it, to a point where they lie to the police even when young innocent kids becomes victims of these crimes.

Thanks for your honesty. The truth is his parents hardened him just to survive his own neighborhood with his own people without being a punk. but these kids can’t act like that once they cross paths w the rest of society. That cop and that store clerk don’t live by hood rules man. You can’t just take anything you want from a store and you simply cannot hold a cops door shut when he’s trying to get out to confront you. Ryan Brown was UNARMED. Where are you getting your news. The officer did escalate! This officer immediately confronted them and asserted power while these boys were simply walking down a street. Imagine how these kids would’ve reacted if the cop had first said, “hey, how you guys doing today? It’s a nice day. For your safety, can you guys walk on the side walk?” Cops should treat people like humans not like dogs or cattle

normally Id chastise someone saying that kinda crap. In this instance Id say aspiring thug, and potentially an independent contractor. As to the second parta your comment, isn't everyone outside their club kinda upbeat when that happens? No joking about this, when a klansman does something this idiotic, forces the situation beyond any other outcome, huge numbers of whites let alone the proportions of blacks who did and still paint this event totally deceptively to serve what I have to assume they see as a bigger agenda than truth or the counterproductive damage to moving away from tribal divisions and towards inclusiveness that TOTALLY perverting the real events oi this SINGULAR event to fit a narrative that's far from entirely accurate itself. Id really prefer if that couldn't be said accurately. But it can. I dunno how many whites would feel anything hearing bout a black racist cop (plenty of those do exist, dunno which or how many races any individual might hate, but plenty do exist) shooting an unarmed klansman at all. Id suspect a good % of those who would, would tend to be much more probable of being genuine racists themselves vs the aggregate. And maybe Im being Pollyana even thinking our species might on occasions be that much. Don't misunderstand, by n large I don't suspect any race is inherently less prone to associating w/ there own race on lotsa levels and knee jerk reflex. But it feels as though examined collectively, all members, from best to worst, which will include the least and worst bigots, lairs, self serving, bullies and their most admirable counterparts. But from that angle, it feels like there may be meaningful distinctions how widespread and to what extent, those associations apply. Look the official statement to the press of 60s panthers sounded great, but Angie, Huey, duey, luey, they were psychotic savage jihadists who had en emotional appeal to certain people of every race, but they were murderous. did immeasurable damage to racial divisions that are prolly still having some effects, albeit minor, today. Blatant narcissists w/ worse arrogance than the Christian right THEY were sole arbiters of morality, none practiced any personal morality of note or attempted any prior approaches before self promoting themselves thru violence, Huey was a TEXTBOOK bitch slapping pimpalicious abuser and sexual assailant to women, and IF theyd shown any evidence how genuinely they cared about the conditions of non terrorist blacks, or they or any violent black activist organizations practicing their same game plan had ONCE presented a cohesive explanation how they believed their BS would eventually do a 180 and somehow lead to something positive instead of doubling down on nothing, then maybe thered be a discussion that other than image and ability to read consumer's trending interests they were different than the klan at their essence. And IF the queen had balls.... none ever did that so theyre nothing but short sighted idiotic freedom failers, or hateful murderous racists. Like I said, maybe Im fooling myself, but how much of white Amerca, and to what extent you heard or imagine youd hear over a black cop, or any race cop, Im wondering a black civilian who was a naked POS racist themselves putting down a bed headed klan loon, ANYTHING like a POS trying to kill a cop in the most genuine "him or me" scenario which was still perverted into a total deception to serve the agenda? I think anyone whod have pointed to the point THIS oncident wasn't about racist cops, innocent fatality or relevant to the agenda it ended up serving woulda made him a Tom, its not the most innovative agenda

When you violently attack any other human, you lose your right to life. Period. We don't act like that in civilized society, and you should count on your victim doing whatever is necessary to protect themselves from you. Im not saying the attacker SHOULD be killed, I'm saying that you should expect that you will lose your right to life when you violate another person's rights, body, or property. You have no right to remain untouched if you attack someone. Especially if it's a cop or a legally armed citizen, this should be expected by everyone in a civilized society. You do NOT commit violence against people, period. And the consequence if you do could be your life. And Michael Brown attacked the shop employee AND the cop before anyone had touched him. Wow, it's amazing how the media spun this story. What a shameful excuse for journalism. The media is beyond biased, hypocritical, corrupt, dishonest, and downright unethical. They do not serve the people, they try to divide them using false stories. THEY are trying to create a fake racial divide between us citizens - in fact, we normal people get along pretty damn well out here in society, while they spend all day telling us we hate each other. The media is the exact evil they claim to fight against. Thry are the exact evil they claim to hate.

The one question he asked that was remotely focused was “are you sure if he was white…” which was a foolish question because it’s an automatic “No” and that is not an evidence based question. Wilson said Brown punched him with his left hand on the right side of his face. When sitting in a vehicle and the person is outside that is physically impossible. Only your left side would be exposed because you didn’t A) wind up the window B) drive forward to create distance. That should’ve been questioned. How are you “trapped” in your car it wasn’t a bulldozer running over your damaged vehicle it was a teenager and again he could have driven to create distance like they are trained to do. Not open the door to the danger and expose yourself to it when you had concealment. Lastly he had a holstered weapon with 2 hands holding it down and even with his 2 adult arms and hands, a holster and gravity on his side Mike Brown was able to with one hand pull his gun up against all those forces. That all should have been questioned. The biggest questionable items are not driving to create distance and advantage points, not winding up the window. I don’t care about the robbery prior & reason being is because he said he heard the call on the radio but he was still going to lunch even though he knew he was in the area to respond.

His supervisor stated that fact.The fact is that he was firing at Michael Brown as he was running away, and then hit him in the back of the right forearm, and when Michael Brown turned around to surrender, with his hands in the air he shot him some more.

Unless these were boomerang 🪃 bullets . I knew from that moment on They were taking part in a cover-up if they were going to lie get together and come up with the same lie. From what the witnesses say I know now he attacked Darren Wilson and trying to prevent himself from going to jail All he had to do was not to bully a cop and keep his hands to himself and off the cop He brought it to himself and Darren Wilson did his job Anyway real black witnesses saw what happened but didn't want to be in the spotlight and told what happened good 👍🇺🇲

@@DAILMCDAVID I think the story doesn’t make sense. First we have to pre suppose a few things. 1. That Michael Brown was ready and willing to Face an armed and trained police officer while himself having no Gun. 2. That Michael Brown would rather Fight and kill a cop to avoid jail rather than just run and flee the scene. 3. That Michael brown thought he would have no defense in court and a fight with police over petty larceny was a better idea than just allowing himself to be taken in a beating his case. With these assumptions we end up believing that Michael Brown was a violent individual with little to no sense of self preservation. Who attacked a cop nearly half his size and left virtually no traces of injury (Which means he likely didn’t surprise attack him.) and mostly this becomes an insult to his character by highlighting a belief that he lacked common sense and self preservation, and even lacked the intelligence to surrender to a armed cop while himself unarmed. Furthermore Darren Wilson showed no remorse for having killed an unarmed teenager. Even if he had attacked you I think most men would not have the nerve to know they essentially killed an unarmed Minor. In the case of the shooting itself I think many of the shots would have been very suspicious for a self defense narrative. How do you shoot someone on the top of the head in self defense? How do you get entry wounds to the back in self defense? Im no expert in ballistics but due to the lack of remorse in the shooter I only feel it right to assume that Michael was likely the defender.

Bull crap. Darren Wilson meant to kill Michael Brown. That is not godly. We have no Judge Dredd laws in the United States where an officer of the law has the right to shoot at unarmed civilian's back. There is nothing Michael Brown did to deserve to be shot in face. So you are saying that you will kill a teenager, who doesn't have a gun, and who is saying "Okay Okay Okay" I hope you do not have a badge. And Michael Brown did not have a criminal record. He was never arrested before. That was stated by the chief of police, you asshole. Darren Wilson had no reason to pull out his gun. He grabbed Michael Brown at his window. How do I know that? Because Darren Wilson admitted to doing that. He said he felt trapped, but it was him who initiated contact by throwing his door open without warning. You should never grab somebody and grab your gun too. You'll end up squeezing both hands. Darren Wilson never meant to shoot Michael Brown, but after he did he felt like he had to kill him.
