Damn Alex, didn’t know you were so wise. Many people think all of the fitness industry is just a big ego, rude people. You are a dream physique but also a terrific role model for society as we can all learn and grow from you

I've been drifting away from my faith a little, not loosing it, just being more lenient and using my busy schedule as an excuse to coddle the reality that I have been lazy in my faith. And not even lazy, more questioning everything regarding faith, and not going out and looking to build my faith back up.I was watching this video, and you brought up reckless love which is my favorite christian song of all time, and then you also brought up some stuff I've been asking God about recently, and it's inspired me to really try and build my faith back up, and realize that's the most important thing. Thank you Alex

I was in a similar spot recently. I was brought up Christian and as I’ve gotten older I have gone through periods where I’ve questioned everything about my faith, even to the point of wondering if I believe or not. All I can say is keep searching and praying. After the hard times of questioning my belief I feel that I’ve made it out and my belief is stronger than it has ever been. I hope your time questioning faith ends like mine did and I’ll be praying for you!

you’re real as fuck Alex, I admire how you try to bring people closer to God and encourage them to start their own spiritual journey it goes a very long way if they allow it too. us men are supposed to be the spiritual leaders for our future families. nobody is perfect but a little effort goes a long way. stay humble and stay positive. God Bless you

Really glad they touched on the importance of agreeing on important things in relationships. Having the same favorite cereal doesn’t matter at allllll, basic morals and political things in a relationship and agreeing on them generally though will make things a lot easier

Alex I’m now 14 years old I’ve been working out for 1 year and 2 months it started with crunches to bodybuilding. But at school I feel weird because 90% of kids are horrible influences Smoking beating up other kids. But rewind to beginning of summer I found a energy/god, I then found manifestation it was the key to life what I needed to do I disciplined myself everyday with very high intensity workouts I think I shouldn’t even be doing my mom trained bodybuilders back then and she thinks I train to hard. But my head tells me that if I don’t so and so will happen or I’ll lose something or won’t reach my potential. And if I don’t do it I feel horrible. I’m just in a weird place but I pray and talk to the god everyday the energy has helped me so much. I just don’t know what to do about school I found no one who does what I do. But I’m not completley left out I have some freinds who are athletes and dot do bad things I’m always trying to stay with them. But yea that’s just what I wanted to share I’ve never said anything like that to anyone.

Alex, we will support you natty or not. Just plz be safe. I’m 28, so it’s been 10 years since HS, but in Illinois we have that class about how to address letters or filing taxes. We call it consumer math. I’m also a proud college graduated. I went for Criminal Justice and Criminology which is a social science. I also went for a minor in Politics. Love both deeply. I almost went for business and economics but my heart wanted something else. I’m the first graduate in the family ever. My mother provided assistance for me during school. She forced me to go after a gap year. College isn’t for everyone, but I wouldn’t trade it for the world. I learned so much in and outside of the classroom. I’m lucky because I never have to worry about money or my loans. My partner of 5 years and I have the same values and political opinions. It’s not petty to want that. I’m black and she’s white, I couldn’t be with her if she had different political opinions. It wouldn’t work. 🤦🏾♀️ waaay too long. Sorry! 😶

Bro as a brother in christ, as tempting as it is to dabble into certain things, we were called to be set apart from the world. Lay your life down daily as a living sacrifice before the Lord. Do it naturally. The devil has been defiling all of what the Lord has created since the beginning. It's awesome to prosper and make gains, but don't let it become vain and lord of your life. Some prosper God's way and others the devils way. Just some Godly wisdom.
