why is there no grass in the yards? just curious..
@michaeltorrey36033 жыл бұрын
I think all these rock yards are contributing to the heat island effect. If you don’t want grass why not just plain old desert dirt? Still got to pull weeds either way. Plant some Palo Verde or mesquite trees that don’t require much water but gives shade.

WTF is going on with Arizona? Is everyone out here making 25$ an hour or what? Cause that's what these crazy rent prices are reflecting. Last I checked 12.15 was the minimum you couldn't afford this house with that. I guess landlords think they in California. Look people I understand we all want a nice place to live but remember if people just keep renting these places with ridiculous rent prices. The prices will continue to rise and eventually you will go broke just trying to pay rent

It's the new reality of highly desirable cities....everything goes but most wages. Alot of major cities median wages haven't been enough to get a house it's just AZ is joining the party

I think 2200 is a lot considering what it used to be, and the wages here haven't kept up in AZ. For everyone coming here it sure is cheap but for the native Arizonans we're getting boned
@lindawalker51443 жыл бұрын
You're right! I recall renting a house like that for $1100 and also you have to keep all that carpet clean.
@notyrmom56983 жыл бұрын
I feel you bro. I was dragged here screaming and crying, only after witnessing the same happen in Colorado for most of my many years. Please know that this is NOT cheap for most people except Californians, and the top 1% from any other place. You are DEFINITELY getting boned. However, I can NOT figure out why everyone wants to come to this gott-forsaken, over-priced, dirt oven. All us people need to leave the locals, who's feet draw life from this very ground, to live in their home-place for once!
@2ndamendment1153 жыл бұрын
@@notyrmom5698 we come here for freedom and less people . Yet it is a lot more affordable then Where we come from but it’s not our fault. The investors need to buy at a higher price due to our great leader “Brandon” who loves to give out free money. So that has lead to all time higher across the board from homes to food and gas . So when an investor pays more they need to charge more . Simple as that. We are Investors also and we need to make a return on our money. We can’t simply rent it for what the payment is, every one should get paid for their risk . Business are in business to make money not break even . Instead of getting mad at outside factors maybe look at who people voted in and start to educate your circle about how stupid they are and maybe it will change .
@notyrmom56983 жыл бұрын
@@2ndamendment115 thank you for your thoughts! I truly believe civil discourse could lead to a lot more peace and understanding on our planet. So at risk of sounding “stupid”, it is in that vein that I ask you: Why would someone invest in something that would put good people out of their homes? (Honest question. In no way do I mean to sound snarky.)
