There was many years we did not speak because the things that were done as I was growing up. Now that I am an adult, she is older with health problems in a nursing home I do feel bad for her but I think she bought a lot of this on herself. I always wondered what a little kid would do for someone to hate them so much, and as I grew up I realize she is just a bad bad person.

Quick action needed before help arrives to minimize nose bleed is: Sit in a chair with feet spread apart flat on floor, lean forward and down between your legs, tuck your chin to chest as much as possible, and pinch nose. This will minimize bleed out, as much as possible before help arrives
