Thanks Max.. Yeah I'm always skeptical of the new and improved, there's a load of plumbing horror stories from some of those new ideas in the past. Old school copper done right should last 100 years + ATB....Cheers...

Ah plumbing, the stuff of life. You folks have a much more complicated setup than our heating systems as we've moved towards instant gas boilers and no tanks, although now people are beginning to install heat pumps it's going towards complicated again. Cheers

This acide based flux works really well. Much better than resin or others. BTW, I like the Daltons foto at the end :)
