Thanks for taking everyone on a tour of the truly world-class operation they have at Timberwolf. We're proud to partner with them in designing and building the TimberOX Summit log splitters.

Interesting how Matt beveled the roller on the conveyor to keep the belt centered. Thanks, Joe for taking us on the Timberwolf tour! I remember seeing Matt at your International Expo working with the Log Ox reps.

Great to see the Timberwolf business is still turning out good products. I am more interested in these type of machines than the Chinese built big box store splitters.

G'day Joe and Matt, making your own cylinders is a step up from most manufacturers I'd imagine. Joe you are definitely going to have to employ people at your wood yard now that you have this new found role as one of the worlds leading experts in International firewood processing and equipment. 😀👍.

@ohiowoodburnerАй бұрын
Thanks Brian. I think it must be looked at. There are Japa's still at or below that price that may come with a log lift but you may need a log deck too. At least with the Timberwolf you will def need a loader that can pick up logs and place on the livedeck

Joe, I think this was awesome to show Matt's operation. He is really running a tight operation and keeping his prices inline with the consumers expectations versus a corporate stock holder expectation for profits. If I were in the market for a machine, I would definitely consider TimberWolf. My only suggestion for Matt would be to offer the faster hydraulic action as an upgrade, I realize that increases overhead, but price it accordingly.
@ohiowoodburnerАй бұрын

They made it to 2024 Eugene, Oregon annual logging show. I have a short video of the processor running at the show. That they brought out west. Boss man even made it way out west. . And i agree the pricing was very competitive with other companies.

Thanks for the comment That def shows dedication as I'm sure that isn't a crosstown trip!
@BGWenterprisesАй бұрын
@ohiowoodburner LOL, I did the run to the veterans firewood event in late April. Was 2,400 miles one way, definitely not a cross town Sunday drive. There probably near 3,000 one way. I did the drive vea state highways, was a very nice drive, tons of great site's to see along the way. I do it again, I'll take state 200 across Montana. Verses the Wyoming route I took the first time.

The wedge gives you oversized wood. You will need to respect that split wood.

Timberwolf customer service is very poor. If you buy one of these and have a problem expect the run around and to be down for months. Paint is very poor it will be worn off after a couple rounds. I also called to give a suggestion on a jack for the tw2 because its all but impossible to hook to a side by side or 4 weeler. Matt with his very poor customer service skills Said they have been built like that for 30yrs and hung up on me. No auto cycle on their splitters is another reason. Timberwolf builds and sells equipment with 30yr old technology at about the same price as Wolferidge and Easton made witch is far superior.

Thanks for sharing Terry. I enjoy hearing from all ranges of the spectrum. I hope you can get this solved.
