Hey Anna I made this recipe tonight.. chilling in the freezer until next week! Easy ! I made gingerbread last week and the flour I used was different and made them impossible to roll out, so I grated it and made it into a bar cook like yours.. I used a cream cheese filling.. turned out Grate😉☺️ thanks for the tip❤️

I will just use the same dough and 1. Replace 1/2cup flour with 1/2 cup Dutch cocoa (I think this is what she did with the chocolate ones) Or 2. Bake as is and dip in chocolate...... And then make icing with a little milk to decorate.... The possibilities are endless.....
