Bro I drive a 2017 Charger I’m having the same Issue coolant won’t stay in reservoir and coolant not spilling instead it’s going to engine cooler housing which I’m ordering tomorrow thanks for this video it describes to the T of the issue I’m having

You made it look so easy. My jeep had this issue a few years and the dealership charged $800 and it took two weeks. Now my wife's charger is having the same issue. I have the tools and the general ability to do this job, but I'm a little nervous about ripping into a 2017 Charger. Would you recommend this to someone with basic knowledge?

The only difficulty you will have removing the Upper Manifold is loosing the 2 brackets with a 1/2" wrench in order to easily remove it. There is a nut and a backout nut on the bracket closest to the car interior and near the AC line. Once you free it, the Manifold bolts passes through easily. Once you do this a few times, it'll be more and more easier. I've removed my Intake Manifold in less than 20mins. My issue was a poor connection on Cylinder #2 that kept Misfiring. I fixed it in about 1hr. The only issue was I didn't know the other gaskets I had were for the lower Manifold....anyways...now I have this issue on my 2017 Dodge Challenger SXT Plus. The first signs of this part failing, a drip of oil after parking...and the smell of coolant from the engine.
