Most of this is common sense maybe because I've been looking into and researching all this for a long time. There are no frugivore animals that eat only 100 percent fruit as far as I know and frugivore isn't supposed to mean to eat fruit exclusively. Just like how even people on the SAD diet are basically eating a plant based diet because most of the food they eat is plants even though they are also eating meat and this is why so many people don't like using the term "plant based" and have started calling themselves "plant exclusive." So in the same context a frugivore or someone who eats a fruit based diet doesn't have to eat only fruit, we can include vegetables and seeds and still call ourselves frugivores or fruitarians and have amazing health and energy, (so long as we also maintain all the other factors of emotional health and fitness and/or spirituality of course).

@jasmyne8569 most medical journal editors will tell you that the literature is basically a bunch of bs… people like John and Kristina and Marcus were highly sickly… they switched to raw and got better… Lisa’s raw food romance is good too… she cleared up a lot of problems too, but she wasn’t in as bad shape as the others I mentioned. If it’s working, you are happy, new problems aren’t creeping up… who needs to sift through all the lies about ‘science’.

On the question if ‘fruit’ only is an optimal diet, I’d love to hear you talk about the exotic tropicals that aren’t grown for the masses. Eg, Rollinias, all the different sapotes, durian, morang, jackfruit etc. These fruits feel very sustaining, like you could actually eat them for lunch and not be hungry, unlike oranges or watermelon.

The growing season in Colorado can be much different and much shorter compared to other areas. There is so much variance the state has nine different zones. Each of these can have a better-growing performance for your veggies than others and can make high altitude vegetable gardening a challenge.😱😭 The water is costly and if you do not water for 1 day because you leave overnight yep burned to a crisp...it can snow in October untill May lol

So, the fruitarian diet isn't the healthiest way to go. Balance with vegetables and nuts and seeds?
@starsalign9336
@starsalign9336 Жыл бұрын
Thanks. The only problem with this video and it’s promotion of avocado and cooked food eating osmthat everyone is different and people with more toxic bodies, healing from health issues, may not be able to tolerate cooked foods, avocado and seeds and nuts. I steer clear of cooked food (yes, for me, it not only causes inflammation in my body but I also find it HIGHLY addictive), nuts and seeds, (I don’t feel good eating them), and, for now, avocado. I also find avocado addictive and it seems to cause bloating, indigestion, and diarrhea, too! So, maybe think about those of us who haven’t been on the raw food diet for 20 some years and are trying to heal. We haven’t had the advantage of healing like you and being healthy like your guest. So, for us, what you’re preaching here can be harmful and cause us to fall off our raw food diet (you’re advocating of late for cooked food). Maybe people will fall off the raw food after watching your recent videos promoting cooked food, as many people trying to eat the raw food diet for health reasons find cooked food highly addictive, and that it even changes our taste buds and can be a slippery slope. Some people who,think we’ll, I’ll just have a bite of cooked food here and there, or a meal here and there, then may never find their way back again to the raw food, ruining their health in the process. So I believe what you’re advocating is actually harmful and dangerous. Sure, you may be able to eat a little cooked food (and we’ll see down the road how it goes with that or if you ruin your health like others have done going off the raw food even a little), but you’ve been cleaning out your body on the raw food a long time. So to me this is all sooooo misleading and sooo not helpful for those of us still newer to raw food and trying to heal our bodies from serious health issues, and toxins accumulated over our whole lives that we’re trying to clear out.

Yeah, I believe avocados must be hybridized in some way-- they give me sulfur burps, bloating, diarrhea, etc… Nuts, seeds - I don’t feel physically well. I truly believe we are meant to eat fruit only… it is the only cruelty free food Eat the fruit, plant the seed, leave the leaves Now the plant kingdom grows, we get food, ensure future food, and we use any food waste to nourish the soil…. This just makes sense to me…. Why kill a plant in seed or leaf form - when it is clearly trying to create a fruit and another seed to carry its legacy…. eat the fruit
