I wouldn't spend another penny on that boiler ... totally obsolete, make sure you take the case off and run your analyser round the sections ,

​@@Nuggy1980 I have been working on forced draught burner for 30 plus years and I have the voice of experience pal . And I am only a grumpy old man when I have to follow around engineers that don't know what they are doing but talk a good job .

@matthewjamieson370 If you don't know me by now you will never never know me after seeing all my vids how careful I like to be. Even brought a friend there to look at it to see if I missed anything. Boiler was shut off as building was closed down for several years due to lock down. When the boiler gets running I'll aim to show all the checks. Didn't display tightness test up to the gas valve in the vids. In the next vid there may also display how the gas valve carries out safety checks during prepurge. Thanks again. You guys are like my extra eyes and eyes keeping me out of trouble. Nice one
