When Robby Robinson talks LISTEN to EVERY WORD THE MAN says. Everyone in that video is a master @ their craft but the best part is how humble they are in their instruction to the viewers of the video. Robby & Mike are sincerely trying to help. The key is also the other stuff like nutrition & rest and the mentality to always want to be great.

Honestly being in my 60's it would be good to see the condition Robby is in at 75 years old... i know he's not anywhere what he used to be in his prime,but this a channel for bb's and lifters etc... Personally at 63 i always train shirtless at my home gym... I want to see the effect each exercise has on each muscle group i am working... this helps keep me going in the right direction and allows me to keep my intensity at my highest level...

Robby definitely had a different technique to the hammer curl there. Notice his elbows were tucked in and moving forward with the curl rather than slightly flared and locked back like Billy Gunn. Looked like he was trying to curl the weight over his shoulder, like as if he was trying to throw it back over his shoulder. Feels like it helps with getting a tight squeeze at the top of the curl.

Robby doing 40lbs sitting curls so strict and clean..and YES every slight movement of the wrist,angle of the arm,to how your shoulders move or are placed in the movement all matter..Flex your bicep. NOW while flexed turn your fits around in different positions. See how your bicep moves around as your fist moves? YEP YEP!

1:27 onwards: -Robby Robinson takes a walk for having to count 1-2 a few times, hands on hips -Mike gives a 'tip' JUST SO he can shoulder hit the big guy (Billy Gunn) standing like a coathanger stand, who almost gestures like he is saying ''heeey, I was sleeping!''. Ok, I'll watch the rest. :))
@KenanTurkiye2 жыл бұрын
2:17 onwards lmao It's almost like council workers, we got one guy working (Billy) and another telling him what to do (Mike the ''get nasty'' O'Hearn) and we have another council worker joining telling what to do (Robby the ''one over, two over'' Robinson). :))))) No disrespect gentelman, but I just found all that funny, literally laughed out loudly, who scripted and coreographed all that? lolol :) ahh still laughing :)) Have a great day. :))

Mike! Don’t be mad at the idiots. Only those truly obsessed with bodybuilding know will speak your language. Those who aren’t will never get it. Great video!
@skullsRS2 жыл бұрын
i like how they always speak like they have found someting revolutionary. Its like they explain something without knowing what they are explaining :D For exampel of the supination of the forearm when doing a bicepcurl. The reason the biceps get more prominent is becouse the insertion of the long and short head of the bicep is on the medial side of the radius. And also the bracialis inserts on the ulna. which make the contraction potential bigger. Always fun listening to them speak anyways
