Hi chef. I love the way you cook ribs they look so great! One thing I noticed that you do differently than most chefs, if you don’t pull the skin off the underside I forget what that skin is called. That big white membrane that sits next to the bone that I’ve seen other chefs do I’ve always done it in the past because I always thought that you were supposed to. But now that I see that you don’t do it, I’m gonna do it the way you do it! Because you’re the man with the plan! Because no one does it better than you… Big huge gigantic love. LiZa

Chef, if I may make one tiny suggestion? If you take a butter knife to the membrane side along the bone to pull the membrane up, then grab the membrane with a paper towel it’ll come right off. This allows your delicious seasonings and sauce to saturate into the under part of the rib, and makes the rib less chewy. This week I will be trying your recipe....made my mouth water 😋

You did it again Chef Jeffrey! I've never heard of jelly in BBQ sauce. We use to make our BBQ sauce using store bought sauce. Then doctor it up a bit with spices including Pickling spice, a little sugar, and orange slices. Of course once it's done you strain it to remove the pickling spice. I learned something new, again. I have everything I need so I just might cook me some this weekend. Could you please do me a favor and move over a Lil bit so I could cut me a couple pieces so I can lick my fingers too? C'mon now, don't be stingy. Thanks 😅👌🏽🥰
