This is not archaic, this is the best rainbow six as far as "siimulation" is concerned. There is no bullshit in this game, just pure strategy and professionalism.

Played this as a wee little toddler and can't help but feel the players now just don't get how hard games used to be. All the talk about demons souls/dark souls is how difficult the game is, but there used to be something called "game over" and no regenerating health, this game takes me back, a lot. Thanks uploader, and, you missed the guy way off in the back yard behind the house...

Here's some tips: 1. You have to kill the guards when they can't see you 2. Alway close the doors after you go in/out 3. Disable the alarm 4. Move Quickly

This game always gave me a surreal vibe. Not sure why, none of the other RS games were like that for me. I loved doing cooperative (which always turned into a death match! :D)

This is one of my favorite Games for N64. +adjusting Team equipment +tactical Planning +go commands +multiple entry ways +hostage rescue / bomb defusing +++ and god damnit a Coop mode! fricking awesome. all in all it made fun to play every level over and over again out of the variety of possibileties. (even though my rs version had a little bug, one of the pistols is named and imaged silenced, but sound is not, and it's non-silenced version have the silenced sound (; )

The N64 version was awesome. I had the Playstation version and it wasn't much like the original Rainbow Six for PC at all. The 64 one had planning involved at least.

i'm stuck on the one where you have to sneak around. No really, the one where you start on the heli pad and have to steal intel or documents or computer files or something. Everytime i shoot somebody i lose. And every time i get seen i lose. So frustrating!!!!
