Hi Andy, Happy new year to you guys too.Thankyou for the update your home is really taking shape.Looks amazing,I would put river stones and a water tank catching that rain water.The extra water supply great for the garden etc.All the best to you both.

Wonderful update. The utility room looks amazing and has certainly come a long way. I'd personally go with a combination of slab and gravel. The water run off might create a trench in the gravel if it comes down hard enough. All the best and i can't wait for the next video.

Good idea, I'll start with gravel and follow up with some stone slabs if needed.

Great progress, I love how fresh the utility room looks with the white paint and blue accents. Audience participation: gravel would be my preference for that spot.

Yes it has only a small window so white makes it look bright and airy. It going to be gravel....

Audience participation, same kind of stone as other area with a slope away from exterior wall for drainage.

Add guttering, water collection system, make the path wider, so no one bangs their heads.

I did think about that but its on the north side of the house and gets no sun, plus we have an area already set aside for veg that is south facing and has better soil.
