If you need to soothe an over spicy food in your mouth, you need plain natural yogurt, (as Indian restaurants serve) mint raita which is national yogurt with mint, or cucumber sometimes. A spoonful of yogurt kills the heat.👍

Hi keith and nat hope your both well i love iceland for my frozen food i wont eat anything with a bone in ill get the chicken fillets and coated chicken i love the frozen joints of meat not the ones in the foil trays i think they are tiny ill have to have a go at the zinger chips love fran xxxxx❤❤❤
