Yesterday I did chicken dippers I got 2 bowls in one bowl ketchup in the other bowl breadcrumbs cut your chicken breast in to bite size pieces dip in ketchup the breadcrumb leave for 5 minutes for breadcrumbs to stick then put in air fryer they were delish 😋

Hi Keith and Nat I love gammon what a lovely way to have a piece of gammon coated in panko crumbs I always cook my piece of gammon jn my airfryer I've have a chefree the one with airgrill but I do mine in the bottom of the airfryer with a little oil and it còoks the piece of gammon perfectly .love fran xxxx

Im not convinced that gammon is suited to the panko coating. I think the panko would be best on chicken or fish. Those gammon steaks look decent quality though.

id love to see you try and panko a fried egg.. :) one other thing to mention.... you say your fat id just say your a few stone overweight .. like me. but you look fine and i wouldnt worry about the looks.. however i just recently wanted to get a full bloodwork done so i ask my docs to put me in for one reason being i wanted to check mainly my vit D levels anyway i got the tests results and i had low vit d as low as 19.. normal is meant to be above 30-100. but also my folic acid level is low... now although these might not be something your interested in what might interest you is that my blood sugar level was 18. something which is diabetic levels and its something i never even thought about and im about the same size as you and im 45 im now trying to adress these low and high numbers by raising my vit d level back above normal and my folate back up again and to try and reduce my blood sugar im trying carnivore low carb.. now im just saying this not to tell you to do anything just that if you think your "fat" its worth getting a full bloodwork check up because beleive it or not low levels of certain vitamins etc can cause you to put on extra weight you should read up on it keith my man!
