listening to this high as fuck and reading fanfic cuddling with my cat after a day of laying propped up with pillows to make a reading nook, and reading my whole book in one sitting. wrapped in my favorite blanket with my blinds fully open so i can read from just the natural light. today has been one of the best days i’ve had in a long ass time and this just made it a million times better. best outro music i could’ve hoped for before going to bed.

This video is so calming and opened up something in me where I can’t help but cry. It’s like all the trauma and pain I have just came out all at once. This brings me back to my grandparents and the happier times… as well as feeling genuine love and comfort that I have been deprived… I have been through traumatic events and situations to where my body holds tension and it’s ruining the quality of my life. If stressed, I lose my voice from the tension in my throat- that’s how bad it is! My shoulders already hold enough to drive me crazy. This calmed my anxiety and body tension I wasn’t aware of. I also now have a new outlet to help me in the future. I sing as one of my stress relievers/hobbies… and now it’s hard to do that… TLDR This video opened something in me subconsciously and it helped me release the pain of feeling lost. It’s like a true fresh breath of air and a deep sigh of relief. It’s like I’m safe in my head for once… Sweet dreams guys

Just got put on standby for my job today (not "technically" firing, more stuck in limbo til they need me, but im still finding a new job and officially quitting when i do) so ive been kinda bummed and just recently started listening to videos like these for a bit to feel better. Reminds me of when I was living at my old place and just listened to them to fall asleep so i can wake up for my old job the next morning. Kinda weird how i have such a nostalgia feeling for something that only happened last year. I guess cause i miss the simplicity of it all. The work schedule (my work closed at 2 pm), the city life, the convenience, everything. Now I'm just, here... A new town, living off grid and making ends meet as I set my own shit up, little convenience, and just overall a whole different experience working and interacting with people. Sorry, I just... I'm hoping things get easier mentally for me.
