With all due respect on behalf of every agent across the nation I would suggest each one to go according to your local broker or state law in regards to the letter. I have encountered this many times in Arizona and it’s extra risk for the agent, if you do try stay away from age, race religion, nationality, living status (single or married).

Interviewer:(nervously) umm yeah that’s great Chris Voss: Or ya know, the old in and out, Kaboom ya know? Did I mention I worked for the FBI. Haiti hostage negotiations over……. 100 of em. Interviewer: OK, great, now back to Real Estate Chris Voss: Sure Sure what’s up? Interviewer : so how can we deal with rejected offers? What can we come back with? Chris Voss: Ya know……it’s sort of like…. Smoking a joint, and watching wizard of oz while your playing The Dark Side of Moon ya know?…. Like that ya know? Interviewer : Ahhh (confused) umm yeah ok - so that’s what you do? Chris Voss: Yeah- do you know what? Yes do that I like that! Interview : (?????) ok so what do we do to get more clients. Chris Voss: I’ll tell you one tactic you can do, you go to your ATM take out $50, and buy the black Swan negotiation kit. That’s my shameless plug. Interviewer : (under his breath) the whole interview was your shameless plug Chris Voss: what was that? Interviewer : ummmmm ahhh. Your tactics are awesome!
