this workout is actually crazy. i only worked up a little sweat but burned 430 calories. i will absolutely doing more of these. if youre questioning doing this workout, this is your sign!! (i tracked this as mixed cardio on my apple watch btw)

Don’t be fooled by the “walking steps” title. This is tough and you will sweat like crazy. I’m 54 and have been struggling with an extra 10 lbs for the past 10 years. I’ve tried so many other trainers and workout styles, and this is the first time I’m seeing weight loss. Olivia has the secret recipe for me!

I've been doing Olivia's workouts since march 2020 and her workouts do look easy lol but don't be fooled I've went from 220 pounds to 180 pounds and I did her workouts combined with hitt and pilates and was a size XXL and now a medium and I'll be 37 on June 2! Also congrats to you also for your weight loss that's amazing!

Agree! Olivia’s walks shape me better than any other walks and makes me sweat like crazy. Don’t be deterred by calories burned. Go by how you feel and I always feel great after Olivia’s workouts.

Wow, I was not expecting to be this challenged! I do some kind of LISS/MISS/Cardio/low impact HIIT daily, but when I do your workouts I’m like “I am somehow so out off shape 😩😭” 😂 but this was great! I love the “combo moves” (multiple leg movements with arms involved) because it makes my brain & coordination strengthen. From now on I’ll stop being intimidated & just DO your videos instead of worrying I can’t!! Now to cool down :) thank you Olivia! 🥰

Awww that’s amazing. The beauty of these step workouts is that even if you might find some moves too challenging you can just walk on the spot and get your steps in that way. I’ll be posting these type of step workouts a lot more frequently so hopefully they’ll become easier 😘☺️☺️☺️🤞😀

Of all your walking workouts, this one kicks my butt the most. This routine makes me sweat like crazy lol. I usually find your half hour workouts lacking so I'll do do another 20-min routine. But this 45-min exercise is bomb diggity. Please do more workouts like these, love! xx

Even though there’s no jumping, this workout is truly a high intensity one for me. According to Apple Watch, which is one of the best heart rate tracker, I managed to reach the 70-85% high intensity training heart rate for 41 minutes. As someone who can’t do high impact, and have weak wrists so can’t do floor exercise, I am very grateful you posted this video. I feel happy when doing this workout, because it is fun, not boring, and my efforts were rewarded. I will do this workout 2x/week. Thank you, Olivia ❤. Looking forward to more similar workouts in the future.

Every time when I ate a lot of salty food, I will do your workout as it makes me sweat a lot. The second day usually I won’t gain weight or sometimes even lose weight by doing your workout. Fantastic!

I LOVED this workout so much today. I added 0.5kg weights to make it a bit harder. I sweated like crazy. I needed something low impact to slowly get into high impact HIIT. I hadn't worked out for a year so I needed to make sure I don't go full in and cause an injury. THANK YOU. you're my favourite now and I already subscribed 💕

This workout kicked my ASS! LOL! Definitely more challenging than it looked. Lol. At least for ME. I restarted 7 wks ago. I'm SO proud of myself cause although it says 45 mins, my total workout time was 48 mins when I (usually) don't surpass 30 mins on ANY given day. I added an additional minute or 2 walk between rooms for additional cool off. It did work up a sweat for me and this is one of the ones I'll likely reference frequently for the type of cardio/movement I was looking for!

This workout was so challenging to me... my limbs event moved ramdomly in some of the movement. I think to have more of this kind of workout that challenge body coordination
