Lauren, this was a great workout and I know that I did at least 4500 steps because I already had logged 5100 steps from my walk around town today so now I have a total of 9600 steps and the night is still young! I’ll definitely try this one again and really the time flew by!

Amazing! 45 minutes flew by in a flash! The walk was a success! An added bonus for me was that my brain worked really hard to keep track of multi-faceted exercises and train hard. I am new to your channel and have already noticed that each exercise consists of many movements and therefore the brain also works hard, just like when solving complex crossword puzzles. I did half an hour stretch before this and then I have just finished this ! I have progressed ! Thank you for your great videos ! I can see I need to do more exercises for my hips to help them be more flexible . LOVE your workouts !
