Hi Lauren, This 74 year young just finished this great workout. I did 4,585 steps. I actually worked up some sweat and worked through a few real challenges. Thank you and God bless. ❤

I'll bet you're in great shape. I'm almost 71 and find I've slowed down to a great extent but I decided to just keep going as best as I can.

Lauren, this was a great workout and I know that I did at least 4500 steps because I already had logged 5100 steps from my walk around town today so now I have a total of 9600 steps and the night is still young! I’ll definitely try this one again and really the time flew by!

I love this long walk Lauren. I'm trying to work up to 10k steps a day. This gave me 4500 steps to start my day.😊

Thank you Lauren for your routines and for your channel. I have osteoporsis and no matter what workout I do, I always feel like you touch every part of our bodies to stretch and stengthen them. It's so hard to find good instructors like you that you can get a good workout without injury!!!

Ok I did lose track sometimes but just popped back in when my brain got it. 😊 & I was able to have a laugh too. Also got my sweat on great for heart health. I love your concept of you do you. It makes things doable even on painful/uncomfortable days. I have osteoarthritis in lower back, big toes & just recently in my hands. I’m in my mid 40’s You are a blessing. Lauren, you make this workout really fun and the time flies by. I haven’t done cardio in a while and this routine helped me loosen up stiff joints. You are very graceful but make it all accessible to those of us who are not!❤. 2500 steps.

This was a great walk/dance workout! I love the longer time, the music, and your creative moves. You have been one of my favorite workout instructors for years, but for the past 2 weeks, you’ve been my workout lifeline as I am still pampering a sore ankle. Amazing! 45 minutes flew by in a flash! The walk was a success! An added bonus for me was that my brain worked really hard to keep track of multi-faceted exercises and train hard. I am new to your channel and have already noticed that each exercise consists of many movements and therefore the brain also works hard, just like when solving complex crossword puzzles. Thank you so much, Lauren, for such interesting, fun workouts!

I loved the length and variety in this workout: the upbeat tempo at the start of the second half really gave an uplifting boost and the 15 minute strength training add-on completed a great session. Thank you, Lauren, for all you do.

Love your workouts, Lauren! I am 70 years old and today during this workout I had 5,075 steps. Also, I use 1 lb hand weights while i follow along. My other favorite workout is your ABC workout. Waiting for Part II, with all new alphabet-exercises! Keep on keeping us healthy!

Record breaking heat where I live, and can’t go to the gym because I’m getting over a virus. I was so happy to enjoy this one as an alternative way to get some steps in and my heart rate up! Once again, I’m so thankful for the incredible variety Lauren offers for us. I did this one back to back with a barre workout before hitting the pool!❤

Hi , Just completed this workout and as always followed with a stretch or core workout . I regularly do your workouts and love them . Liked the 45 mins but it did not have your usual flow for me . However it’s great that you offer so many different ones and thank you for keeping this 70 year in her best shape for over 20 years .

As usual, you made a long workout fly by. Your joy is infectious. Yes. I got very sweaty. For some reason, many moves were like patting my head and rubbing my belly. I would think I had it down, then my limbs would be in absolute chaos. I literally laughed out loud several times! 😂❤

Thank you so much for a workout that felt kinda like dance! The length is good, but nearly went beyond a Senior workout time/intensity. Just perfectly at the edge for seniors and beginners.

I did half an hour stretch before this and then I have just finished this ! I have progressed ! Thank you for your great videos ! I can see I need to do more exercises for my hips to help them be more flexible . LOVE your workouts !

I kept up! Really worked up a sweat and really wanted to quit just after starting, then realised I was smiling and enjoying myself, though I kept up and added couple of my own steps when I wasn't able to get the gist of what you were doing. Now feeling really proud of me the sun is out and really beckoning me to go out walking! Thanks again for your videos

This was my favorite workout of yours so far! Loved the longer length, but did have some trouble following all the dance moves. My only suggestion would be to add a pop up window showing the next move during our 30 second walk. Being a visual learner, that is vital for me to follow. Thanks for the variety and great tips for good form!
