Lauren, this was a great workout and I know that I did at least 4500 steps because I already had logged 5100 steps from my walk around town today so now I have a total of 9600 steps and the night is still young! I’ll definitely try this one again and really the time flew by!

Amazing! 45 minutes flew by in a flash! The walk was a success! An added bonus for me was that my brain worked really hard to keep track of multi-faceted exercises and train hard. I am new to your channel and have already noticed that each exercise consists of many movements and therefore the brain also works hard, just like when solving complex crossword puzzles. I kept up! Really worked up a sweat and really wanted to quit just after starting, then realised I was smiling and enjoying myself, though I kept up and added couple of my own steps when I wasn't able to get the gist of what you were doing. Now feeling really proud of me the sun is out and really beckoning me to go out walking! Thanks again for your videos

This was my favorite workout of yours so far! Loved the longer length, but did have some trouble following all the dance moves. My only suggestion would be to add a pop up window showing the next move during our 30 second walk. Being a visual learner, that is vital for me to follow. Thanks for the variety and great tips for good form!
