As I moved slower than usual with the dumbbells, the stimulation came out better, I minimized the instability in my posture, and I finished the exercise with constant strength in my stomach. Best teacher!

Really enjoyed this! Glad that you repeated the exercises once to give us an opportunity to change weights and improve form, but only 1 repeat made it fly by. Great array of exercises! I'm not wild about combining big muscles and small muscles in 1 movement (i.e. deadlift flyes) since having to select 1 weight makes the deadlift not as effective, but still gave an opportunity to treat the heavier-weight movement as a stretch, which we could all use. Thanks!

Stop focussing on calories, that should not be your reason for working out. It's a privilege that you are able to do this. Work as hard as you can and enjoy it. The results will follow through consistency.
