doing your workout for the past 10 months. I'm 59 years old. Started out with the 10 mins and could hardly keep up. Now I do all the 50 min videos and sometimes a 30 min after. you are the best. Thank you!!

I appreciate the low impact workout routine, it is so easy to follow and finish till the end. My watch says I burned 588 Kcals with this one and that's almost the same number I get for running on the treadmill so kudos for Oliver. Hope you keeping making these amazing workout for us.

I love this workout. One minute you feel like your heart is jumping out of your chest the next minute a low impact one follows. Another reason I love it it's be. Coz it has no burpees. Those monsters drain me. Nice workout as always and thank you for always giving us the best. Much love from 🇰🇪

Thank you Oliver . No one can beat you in 50 min -1 hr workouts. Literally the best coach on KZbin . At first I was nah, not gonna do the long workout today but than I remember the feeling of happiness and energy I get after doing your workouts and I made it 🎉 thank you sm for your work.

Hallo Oliver, Deine Cardio Videos sind alle so cool...😊, ich würde mir noch sehr wünschen, dass es bei Dir auch mal wechselnd andere Intervalle gibt, z.B. 30/10 oder 20/10, damit man auch an schwächeren Tagen nicht auf Dein tolles Training verzichten muss😂....Bis bald...
