I appreciate the low impact workout routine, it is so easy to follow and finish till the end. My watch says I burned 588 Kcals with this one and that's almost the same number I get for running on the treadmill so kudos for Oliver. Hope you keeping making these amazing workout for us.

I love this workout. One minute you feel like your heart is jumping out of your chest the next minute a low impact one follows. Another reason I love it it's be. Coz it has no burpees. Those monsters drain me. Nice workout as always and thank you for always giving us the best. Much love from 🇰🇪
