What up Niiiiick, looking huge and awesome! Great to see those shoulders getting bigger and rounder, glad to see you hitting those traps as well, keep working on the back cause in the end paying attention to those little details( huge ,big and round shoulders, big as a barn separated back, with cartoon like traps and calves) will give you the win at the Mr O. Keep them videos coming and as always God bless you and hopping for a speedy recovery. 💪🏽

@Nick Walker-Concerning Dorian Yates Training-I know many people say it but I follow Dorian Yates's training and I have translated it to a formula-1 working set per exercise-mid back= single lat pull down or dumbell row=1 working set, upper back=t bar row to chest or high rows at 45 degrees etc=1 set. Each exercise must serve a function. You have now perfected your form and 1 set is enough as you said, it is mental. You have to over come it. I am growing like a plant on this training style after tweaking it. I wanted to get Chris CBum on it, those injuries he has gotten are most likely from over training. All sets to failure is madness.CNS will get stronger, I am doing 6 working sets per session and only train 3 times a week. People are confused and I am at times. perfection is key for each exercise and set. I am a big supporter of the system. I heard you tell Milos in Cutler cast that he is big on everything, LOL! soon as you adopt Yates's training philosophy, it extends into your every day life of less is more. It is improved my OCD
