Been watching your channel for a while, think you're the perfect guys to ask, or tbf your subscribers as well! I'm having surgery soon near my chest area and am wondering when I should get back into exercising and what kind of exercises/ intensity I should be doing and for how long til I can get back into working out properly. Don't want to lose my physique now since I've been working out for nearly a year! Cheers lads:)

Hey guys, I'm not sure where to ask a question but I'm wondering if you'll answer this in a video :-) So, basically I used to be morbidly obese and then I was diagnosed with anorexia (so very underweight). I'm now recovered and a healthy BMI and have been for years but I've only turned to fitness this year. My question is, as you can imagine, my skin isn't the tightest as I lost/gained so much weight - do you have any specific tips/exercises that can help with this? I've been extremely lucky in that I don't need surgery or anything and you wouldn't actually be able to tell I have loose skin by looking at me, but I know my skin isn't as firm as someone who hasn't been through huge weight changes. Thanks in advance :)

I struggle so much with snatches. Like I do such light weight because I find it hard to finish the squat when the bar’s above my head. Any tips?

Hi guys, so I’m 14 and I’m working out at my house (press ups ,sit ups, triceps dips , bicep curls dumbbells etc...) however I’m finding it very hard to eat the correct way, I’m always having 2 chocolate bars a day and sweets but I can’t stop. It’s really annoying because if I did stop I’d be in great shape, do you have any tips on how to stop picking. Secondly my type of body is very much small and my muscle just never seems to show like I do 10-20 sit ups a night and at least 2 hours Of sport a day and some nights a 20 min workout but I have no ‘gains’ do you know why if so explain please🔥
@kenseiZA7 жыл бұрын
I know I am not as experienced as The Lean Machines, but what works for me if I can't stop eating chocolate or sweets is to hide them. Put them right at the back of a cupboard so you can't see them, or if your family insists on eating them, ask them to put it in a specific cupboard and teach yourself to not open that cupboard. Ask yourself, before you eat the chocolate "Am I actually hungry?" if you are, see if you can have a piece of fruit instead. If you aren't then you don't need to eat it ;) Or buy some healthier snacks, like nuts or fruit. I hope this helps ;)

Hi there. Another thing to keep you from snacking too much is to make your main meals bigger by adding low calorie foods like veggies, so that you feel fuller. Also, instead of cutting out the chocolate bars completely, have you tried eating fewer of them? Like one bar every other day instead of two a day could be a good start. ☺️
@Mabolsa7 жыл бұрын
If your craving sweets and chocolate bars its your bodies way of saying your not getting enough natural sugars in. Try eating more fruit, banana's are great post workout. Remember the five a day thing? Blueberries are great as a little pick me up throw these in your cereal, porridge and yogurt. Shovel some grapes in your mouth or a handful of raisins and nuts. Make a fruit cocktail and put it in the fridge. This way you can pick at it as and when needed. Look at how often your eating when I was a teen I could never get enough food and never get enough sleep. This is normal and its what your body needs. Try to eat small and more frequently get a good balance of carbs, fat and protien. As for muscle growth dont be so hard on yourself. Your 14 and your body is still growing you'll have growth spurts out of no where my 15 year old is the same its asif he got out of bed one day and was 6ft tall :-D As a teenager your body is probably already working overtime. So be patient and stay on track. Focus on getting the right foods in and be consistent with your training. The rest will follow. Hope that helps.
