Omarosa on Trump tapes: "If you see it in quotes it can be verified"

In her new book, "Unhinged," former White House staffer Omarosa Manigault-Newman claims the Trump campaign was aware of the existence of a recording of Donald Trump using the N-word. She describes an October 2016 phone conversation with Lynne Patton, then-assistant to Eric Trump, spokesperson Katrina Pierson and campaign communications director Jason Miller in which they discuss how to deal with the potential fallout from its release. She released a tape of that conversation to CBS News and joins "CBS This Morning" to discuss why she was recording conference calls during the campaign, address rumors about the nature of her relationship with President Trump and questions about her credibility.

Yes she's very smart and beautiful but that doesn't dismiss the fact that she's full of it. She's pretending to just have realized that trump is a racist when in fact he based his whole campaign in racist comments and knowing all this yet she still decided to be part of his team, which makes her a person with no integrity. Another thing is that she used the excuse "everyone lies" and showed no remorse. Sometimes they have ear pieces in their ears and the producer, or someone with authority, will guide them during the interview and tell them what questions to ask. It's unfortunate that Gail, a black woman, had a defensive attitude towards Omarosa and I could tell Omarosa knew it so Gail had to carefully word her questions as she attempted to find ways to demonize and discredit Omarosa. Omarosa getting fired, the recordings and her tell-all book reveals a strong, ambitious and intelligent black woman the likes Gail or her good friend Oprah have ever seen. And we are privileged for the first time to finally "know" Omarosa! This is the look of an American woman who worked hard and did not allow the racist attitudes of other people, with limited awareness, destroy or mock her. Go Omarosa!
