Remember to use weights that are right for your fitness level. I’m using 3 pound dumbbells in this video. If the weights are too heavy reduce your weight and maybe increase your repetitions. Either way you are going to reap great benefits. Thank you so much for working out with me! ❤

Your videos fit my lifestyle perfectly and I love how you are actually outside which adds to the peaceful Zen feeling. I recently had a TKA so it's hard to get motivated about exercising to a 30 minute video. Yours are the perfect length to do a quick exercise during my down time. Hi Roberta! Great question. I have clients who are concerned about the same thing. What I do for them is have them exercise without weights. You can also do this workout without weights. Good day Van prayers all is well.. I’m obese my arms are huge that the fat is hanging you can literally swing on them..willing to do this exercise but what weights should I start off with? and your singing is awesome
