Remember to use weights that are right for your fitness level. I’m using 3 pound dumbbells in this video. If the weights are too heavy reduce your weight and maybe increase your repetitions. Either way you are going to reap great benefits. Thank you so much for working out with me! ❤

Hi Roberta! Great question. I have clients who are concerned about the same thing. What I do for them is have them exercise without weights. You can also do this workout without weights.
