Clicker is stage three fyi, stage two is a Stalker which is halfway between Runner and Clicker. Wasn't really shown on the show, or at least not like in the game, where they actually sneak around and stalk you. The guy that kissed Tess would be a Stalker. Clickers click for echolocation. That brain on their face is the fungus growing out from the head.

Wow! That’s scary to learn! The whole premise of an apocalyptic pandemic is definitely a realistic scenario, especially given what just transpired with COVID.
