Japaneese have difficulty in english cause its different alphabet. Very few common words with english When you learn foreign language it kind of help having same alphabet. The cooling ports are different in shape. Also, Tavor has the cover plates to cover ports in the receiver for left-handed configuration like the gun in the video - Malyuk doesn't. There are a few other details like trigger guard, mag release, and fire selector switch.
