It's been incredibile how this amazing video found me just after a challenging situation, where I had to speak the truth of my heart. Sincronicity. Thank you so much Hareesh. Jai Maa Durga.

Aligning with the inner truth - so useful in all our interactions. This is the essence of Rosenberg's non-violent communication

I am beginning my in depth studies of the sutras, starting particularly with the eight limbs. This video has given me a lot of clarity about the 2nd yama, and just how powerful and necessary it is to inter twine the practice of each yama together such as ahimsa and this satya yama. Thank you! :) - Amy.

I suggest you have not penetrated the veil of separation if you are unable to know the mind of another. This is well explained in the Vimsatika Karika of Vasubandhu.

Truth sometimes requires variations of violence, that is my conviction. Although, at times to be competent in noncompetitive communication is indeed immensely valuable. The risk with so called nonviolent communication is that it becomes profoundly manipulative. And pacifism, doesn't actually work in all situations in the real world.

Is there such a thing as moral behaviour in Shaivism? If everything including Auschwitz is Shiva, that is...
