you started me out in magic about 4+ years ago! I married now with 2 kids, and my interests have changed a bit, but I would consider myself a fairly competent sleight of hand artist, thanks in part to you!

I love this alternative method video a lot. It was interesting to see the 2. Also, I just want say I love that you go the extra step and put chapters in your videos. It really helps when I'm learning it because I can easily go back to the part that I forgot or just want to watch you do it again.

Dude. DUUUUDE! I somehow hadn’t heard of the Bluff Pass, I left this video to watch your linked video and even though I know what you’re doing it still looks so good! I can’t give enough props to how great, precise and detailed your tutorials are without talking for hours on end. This is why I’ll always get happy when I see a new vid uploaded! Stay safe and keep doing what you do!

You know I've been with your channel since the sybil cut tutorial. So glad you're not dead, your channels existence has made my life so much more fun than if I'd never found magic. Hell my personality is so different because I learned magic. I may not have learned it without your channel.

I love this! I’ve been working on this trick since your video last week using the glide method, but it’s gonna be exciting to get a little practice doing the same effect with a method I’m more confident with until I get better at the glide. Thank you! 🙏🏼

Nice Method! Please do read this alternative ending: I think that after switching the cards you can try again to fail in the following manner: As the card is controlled to the top, you can ask the spectator to name any number between 5 and 10. Let's assume they say 7. Magician would deal down 6 cards and would say that " If I am lucky enough, then your card will be the 7th card." Six cards are dealt out and the 7th card is seen. But that card does not happens to be the selected card. In this process the spectator's card is now controlled to the 7th position. Place all the cards on the top of the deck. Now Magician would say to the spectator, " Let's see if you are lucky then you will find you selected card at the 7th position." The spectator deals down 6 cards from the top and finds that the 7th card is the card they selected. For more info about this endling, check out this 52Kards video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/gqeUq4Bvd6lrgKc

Great alternate way to end this trick: Pick up the three dummy cards saying "Wait, really?" like you're checking your work. Look amazed at the fact that their card is gone and point to the single card on the table. Flip it over and BLAM! Big ol' reveal.

I wouldn’t reccomenf the glide, although it’s more difficult learn the Greek deal. Also I like the idea of pretending to mess up but depending on what your aiming for, instead of cutting to the card in the end, you could palm it to your pocket or use a duplicate to do even more impossible endings.
@noahkarottu77833 жыл бұрын
I prefer this version much better! I adapted the last version to be similar to this actually. In my opinion, dealing from the bottom is a bit strange. This version negates that suspicion while still giving that same punch for the trick.

@oxcart3 жыл бұрын
Does none else feel that claiming to be able to cut directly to a card in the deck alone is super impressive? Even narrowing it down to 3 options sounds like - wow, really? That's why I prefer the whole - I will show you cards that obviously won't be yours - patter. Followed by an awful coincidence that the magician has stumbled into. Edit - and the bluff pass handling here is super slick!

it's really weird to cut the deck 3 times, put them on the table, and then, pick each packie in your hand to present a card when you could just have pick up the card from the packets
@Keldrath3 жыл бұрын
It's necessary to perform the double lift on the last one so you do it to all three for consistency so it doesn't look suspicious.
