Broo this was HARDDDD but was so fun and enjoyable. Think this is one of my favourite workouts so far. I was already aching after your "Low impact" workout the other day lol.. Love these workouts when you use weights as your exercises are very unique which keeps it interesting. I actually dont have dumbbells but I used a 12KG Kettlebell instead. And to make it harder any curls you did I put a towel through the handle to make the curls harder. lol. thanks again and keep ut going :)

Thanks and the funny thing is I've definitely come up with exercises in my dreams before. Truth be told, I treat exercise choreography similar to dance choreography, which means a lot of practice, playing around, and mixing sports science with emotion and doing moves that just feel right.
