I think my favorite things in your workouts in general are No commentary "Keep going!!" Chill music Whole body exercises Silent breaks Thanks to the other one-hour workout, I saw visible changes within a week! Once the new month hits, I'll definitely do this one.

Holy carp im early isjsjs its amazing how fast ur channel grew 😭😭 wouldnt say that i was an early follower but knowing that ur getting more and more recognition is so heartwarming!! Im glad ppl enjoyed the quiet still side of exercising. Makes everything less scary HAHA

Your videos are so calm and I love the fact that modified versions of excercises are included (I’m working out in my apartment so I can’t really jump and make noise so I always choose easier version). Completed your 30 day workout. I did skip 2-3 days in the process 🤣. But overall it was great to just switch it on daily and follow through . Thank you for all the videos

This workout was AWESOME . I went hoping to burn at least 350 calories and I burned 530 instead. Extremely satisfied!

This was great! I just finished. What a good way to start my day. Thank you so much! Loving your workouts. It's nice that they are quiet and I can modify and add weights or squats to some parts, if I don't want to do the jumps (upstairs apartment). I also added some hand weights to a few of the workouts to give myself more of a challenge. Thank you for these beautiful videos. :)

Ok WOW I loved this sooo much. ❤️❤️❤️ the rest time was perfect to set my Apple Watch up for the next workout. Loved the mix of everything. Gonna come back to this one a lot! Burnt around 400 calories. I think I only skipped over 1-2 minutes max on parts that were too hard for me.

This was so gooooood 😍 I did martial arts back when I was young so I loved the boxing part! Honesty, this was amazing! I died in a good way, but damn! You're so fast, I'm always a rep behind when doing squads and abs exercises 😂

I cannot find a place to message you but I love the look of your resistance loops and I'm wondering how non-slip they are. I've always used rubber ones and they always roll up or down my legs (OUCH!!!) And they break. (Also....OUCH!).

None of these workouts will make you bulk

Unless you are in an extreme calorie surplus, you won’t bulk. PLEASE don’t be scared to pick up heavy weights and get strong. Wishing you the best ✨

Maybe upto 800 to 900 calories for average person and more than 900 for overweight person.

Finished the workout now and i burned like 350 calories, its mainly the first part that is very high intensity so it makes sense

Hello. Your content was informative. I have been trying to research for a KZbin video similar to yours that teaches everything in this vid! 🧑‍⚕️ 🧑‍⚕️ That description at 1:29 is knowledgable. Your vid actually reminds me of the content from Doctor Ethan. Ethan's tips are for sure useful and he really helped me on my practice.
