I think my favorite things in your workouts in general are No commentary "Keep going!!" Chill music Whole body exercises Silent breaks Thanks to the other one-hour workout, I saw visible changes within a week! Once the new month hits, I'll definitely do this one.

It's nice that they are quiet and I can modify and add weights or squats to some parts, if I don't want to do the jumps (upstairs apartment). I also added some hand weights to a few of the workouts to give myself more of a challenge. Thank you for these beautiful videos. :)

Ok WOW I loved this sooo much. ❤️❤️❤️ the rest time was perfect to set my Apple Watch up for the next workout. Loved the mix of everything. Gonna come back to this one a lot! Burnt around 400 calories. I think I only skipped over 1-2 minutes max on parts that were too hard for me.

I cannot find a place to message you but I love the look of your resistance loops and I'm wondering how non-slip they are. I've always used rubber ones and they always roll up or down my legs (OUCH!!!) And they break. (Also....OUCH!).
