As an organization/government the Soul Society is also an oppressive, corrupt force that really only by sheer luck didn't kill his friends during the Soul Society Arc. Ichigo would likely make friends with *individual members* of the Marines and become their weapon, not really caring about the atrocities and oppression they support, just as he did with the Soul Society. Especially because One Piece has always emphasized that despite the organization overall being the servants of a corrupt system, there are good people in the Marines.

@@GavinHintz Ask Oda, not me. My theory is that Logias can't be awakened because they can already affect their surroundings in their "base" form. Aokiji can freeze water, Akainu can melt the ground, Kizaru is hard to explain but he can actually affect his surroundings too using "mirrors" among other things, the Mori-Mori guy can sprout a forest if he wants, etc. Even Blackbeard's fruit follows that rule. If the Logia rule is actually "affects the world with an element" instead of "is made of that element", then Blackbeard's actually fits it perfectly. He can absorb stuff into his power, but he can't absorb himself into his power. Affecting the world can include "using that element to replace a part of their body", except in the case where the element isn't an element, but the absence of it, like the Yami-Yami no mi.

2:04 Moria wasn't really fodder, it’s just the the 7 Warlords (Shichibukai) and the 4 Emperors (Yonko) are playing on completely different levels. Also on his ship, Thriller Bark, he basically has an army of unkillable zombies full of dangerous people semi-brought back to life. This is what made him a Shichibukai. If you compare him to Mihawk though, then yeah he's fodder because Mihawk is much closer to the level of the Yonko than the Shichibukai. He literally watched the Reverie live with his Observation Haki and can duel Shanks using swords.

The Manga didn't explain it too much, but somehow Bonney escaped the Marines after being defeated by Blackbeard, but she went to Egghead alone so her crew is probably still out there I don't think Greed is a Horseman, usually it's War, Death, Famine and Conquest, it could fit Conquest since it's defined in a way of military oppression but since there are Five Elders plus Imu as well it doesn't sit so neatly. We've also never seen an awakened Logia yet, so hard to tell how an Awakened Logia would be like

Episode 1114: Galaxy Impact looked so cool!!! Episode 1115: I love the way they did the Blackbeard Pirates talking about the Man Marked by Flames sailing around on a pitch-black ship. So spooky. Episode 1116: I really liked this episode. I loved the way they adapted Buggy’s declaration of going after the One Piece. And Sabo’s new voice actor started this episode. I don’t remember what the old one sounded like but the new person sounds good. Fun fact: The name of the girl in the cow print headscarf is Moda. She’s a milkmaid. Not only did Bello Betty save her during a private attack during the Reverie but in the manga, she’s a player in Ace’s cover story on his search for Blackbeard. So she’s now linked to both Ace and Sabo. Episode 1118: I like to imagine they've just gone down the alphabet line in 800 years. So after Queen Lili, there is a Queen Mimi, Nini, Pipi, QiQi, Riri, Sisi, until you get to Cobra's wife whose name was Titi, and then finally you have Princess Vivi. Episode 1120: I’m sorry but it’s just so funny to me that the top villains in this story set up 20 years ago are named Jay, Ethan, Marcus, Peter, and Top. And just in case you didn’t catch it, Imu didn’t choose Lulusia because it was in open rebellion. They literally chose it because they could see the weapon work. It’s colder and so much more evil than the R.A. assumes. Also, I know Garling looks blonde but I think his hair color is the color of red hair after it goes gray. We only got a couple of panels of him from the chapter this episode adapts but after those two panels, Garling was already one of my favorite characters, just based on the character design. Episode 1122: I remember when this chapter came out. It made me realize that Koby is 100% protagonist material and made me really want a spin-off manga about Koby’s time in the Navy. Pay attention to Garp’s lesson about the old man, the baby, and the boat. It’s important for later.

- This is the first time in the official story that Kuzan revealed his injuries after fighting Sakazuki which were shown first actually shown in One Piece Film Z which came out in 2012 (11 years ago) & I think that the drink that Kuzan has at the start is Jerez which is Z's favorite type of alcohol - We get a few more reveals of the Blackbeard Pirates Devil Fruits which we get Avalo Pizarro has the Shima Shima no mi (Shima means “island”) / Isle-Isle Fruit (seems like a stronger version of Pica’s Stone-Stone Fruit), Vasco Shot has the Gabu Gabu no mi (gabugabu is the Japanese onomatopoeia for gulping down a drink & gabunomi is a noun referring to action) / Glub-Glub Fruit, & Sanjuan Wolf a giant that has the Deka Deka no mi (Dekai means “huge” but also Deka a metric prefix for tenfold) / Huge-Huge Fruit which can make him grow to his maximum height of 180 m / 590'6" & we kind of knew this with his Vivre Card data said that he had a Paramecia the makes him bigger but this is where we get the official name, but this just leaves Laffitte to only member left with an unknown fruit - While it is Blackbeard’s victory on Winner Island I believe that the Heart Pirates are okay since they were stated to be great swimmers, but unfortunately they lost the Polar Tang which in the Law Novel was originally called Hanamaru Muteki (means "Invincible Hanamaru") & that it was built by a man named Wolf a man that Law met on Swallow Island (which is in the North Blue) just after the events of his flashback when he was a child - Heart Pirates has a 21 member crew: Bepo the polar bear Mink is the 2nd in command & navigator of the ship, Penguin, Shachi (means Orca), Jean Bart (the ex-slave that Law freed), then 3 other named members Oda tells us in an SBS are Ikkaku (only female member & her name means narwal), Uni (wears a grey bandana with black strips & his name means sea urchin), Clione (wears a long blue hood & his name is a type of sea slug known as a sea angel), & the rest

Good news for those of us who watch the English version, Frankie is still Frankie... Also you do realize that you might be hearing what they hear but you're reading something slightly different from what they're saying. Also the optimal way to watch it is in English with English subtitles because you're going to hear and read two different things which will get you as close to the original as possible. I mean yes you do have to wait a lot longer but you know. Also yes I did watch these episodes in Japanese and slowly read them with my dyslexia taking about an hour to watch/read each fucking episode... Simply because I can't wait however I definitely will have to go back once it's all finished.

Nusjuro = Venus, St. Marcus Mars = Mars, St. Shephard Ju Peter = Jupiter, & St. Jaygarcia Saturn - Fun fact along with the Ancient Weapons & the Gorosei make up the majority of the planets in the solar system,but if you induced Luffy who has the Sun God fruit = Sun & Imu which backwards is the Japanese word for “sea / ocean” = Earth - Ivankov mentioning Imu maybe the same one from the 800 years ago that being. I think if Kuzan is a double agent, it’s probably for SWORD. He believes in what the Navy is supposed to stand for; that’s why he was ever a Marine in the first place. But we’ve seen throughout the story that Akainu believes in an absolute justice that doesn’t make concessions, and that Kuzan isn’t willing to forego his morals completely. I imagine that if he’s with Teach, it’s definitely not to make Teach King of the Pirates. EDIT: I also don’t think Imu is “Lily”, strictly speaking. The theory I’ve heard that makes the most sense to me is that Lily, formerly a user of the Ope-Ope No Mi, was forced or tricked by Nerona Imu (who Iva mentions) to give him eternal life IN HER BODY, “overwriting” her. That would explain why Lily would be called Imu by the Gorosei. Also, I don’t know if Imu has a Devil Fruit. It hasn’t been confirmed, I don’t think. I think he might just have the world’s greatest mastery of every type of Haki (foreshadowed by Kaidou saying only Haki would conquer all). If he defeated Joyboy eight centuries ago and has had all this time to prepare, Haki could probably take some crazy forms. Lastly, I think there could’ve been a friendship or love between Joyboy and Lily, allowing Imu to use Lily’s likeness to kill Joyboy underhandedly.
