Hey Matt! I've been doing the conjugate system since the beginning of this year and have been making great progress so far, but I'm having some trouble figuring out how to incorporate those methodologies with weighted dips and weighted pull-ups as my main lifts. I like to do competitive weighted calisthenics, and those are the two main events associated with it. Do you have any suggestions on how to do that optimally? Also, Thanks for your time and effort in making these videos! They've been a wonderful resource and I've learned a lot from each of them

I’m 49, tore a peck last year. Consistently sliding backward since 2020. I’m doing static stretching, 200 pushups for dynamic warmup, then five minutes of warm up sets before using my working weight. Am I doing way too much to avoid injury?

It might not be a volume/tissue issue as it could be your body using your chest when it should be using your triceps. Do you bench wide grip?

Weakness identification…cornerstone of your methodology which is in contrast with most mainstream programming methodologies. In terms of a tailored program and addressing weaknesses, have you or your coaches worked with lifters who have over pronounced lower back arch (inward)/anterior pelvic tilt?
