"I don't know" This is removed from my vocabulary in my head. So simple and so powerful. I was at this amazing talk to experience live. Watching it again brought back all of the positive emotions from the months of coaching and group sessions in her Flow coaching program. Positive vibrations operate on a higher frequency, I like her introspection on this subject. We don't have to learn to manifest, we already do it NOW, including self-sabotage, even though unconsciously, and if we spent more time thinking about what we're thinking about and re-route those thought channels that we've wired ourselves with new ones through awareness and inspired action, and you'll be surprised how much power we really have to change anything you want with discipline and consistency.
