If you like breakfast, you should start your fast earlier in the evening. I do enjoy breakfast so I eat between 8-10, I finish eating at 6 pm. Fasting doesn't mean skipping breakfast. It means that you have a small window to eat, so you can be more careful with your eating patterns and many other benefits. You can have black coffee, or even coffee with coconut oil, as some say.
@arwaalshehri83734 жыл бұрын
u mean coconut milk
@adryana904 жыл бұрын
arwa alshehri No, people put coconut oil, butter or ghee in their coffee, it’s called bulletproof coffee and it doesn’t break your fast.
@presipetkova62154 жыл бұрын
@@adryana90 sorry to say that coconut oil, butter and any other similar oil products have calories, so it will definitely break your fast... as calories = not fasting
@graceho82963 жыл бұрын
@@presipetkova6215 the fasting in IF is more about avoiding any insulin response from the body. It keeps your body in a mainly fat burning metabolism for longer (instead of burning glucose for energy). In this way, coconut oil will not break the fast in this sense, even if it has calories. Hope that helps.
@presipetkova62153 жыл бұрын
@@graceho8296 yeah i already know all that! ive extensively looked into it in the past, including fats 'not breaking' a fast. but to truely be in a fasted state, you shouldnt be consuming them anyway, its unnecessary, just have a plain black coffee

i do intermittent fasting+ intuitive eating for 6 months( i fast every other day) and lost 10 kg. and it’s not a yo-yo weight loss its permanent (ofc with maintaining) intermittent fasting is the only diet that works for me without being too restrictive and one that i can actually have a. result.

I feel this so much.... I can't find the motivation to work out at home. It's just not the same as being in the yoga studio or gym. I'm definitely making excuses and this video was exactly what I needed to give me a jump start. A week is a short enough commitment and I feel like with our body types the results show up quickly! Well done

I just wanted to say that your body is beautiful, I know you may not take it seriously (cuz trust me I’ve been there and still am) but it truly truly is beautiful. Don’t even for a second try to diminish all the hard work you put in and all the hard work that your body does on a daily basis by saying that you hate your body. Think of your body as an amazing blessing, it’s been through so much, it’s okay to want to become healthier and stronger, but do it for your body and not so you can look like someone else. Try to shift your mentality about working out and eating healthy from doing it only to look like someone else to doing it because u feel better, healthier and happier, and the bonus will be that you will look amazing (you look amazing now as well). You shouldn’t try to look like someone else because you are your only you and you should be proud, because I’m proud of you. It’s not easy and it will some time to adopt a healthier mentality, but I believe in you and you can do it ❤️

Hey girl, I’m from Victoria so I know what U mean about rainy weather :/ like the other comments, I really gotta recommend jumping rope! It’s honestly changed my life in terms of getting cardio in. I have really bad knees and tend to sprain my ankles when I run outside (I have SUPER tight muscles) because I’m not the best at remembering to stretch. Also you should check out Lilly Sabri’s workouts, she’s SO slept on, her workouts are actually so fun and amazing!!
