저도 작은 베이커리카페를 운영하면서 매일아침 6시에 일어나서 빵을 굽는데, 이 베이커리의 1/3도 안되는 종류의 빵을 굽는데도 상당한 인내와 성실함이 요구됩니다. 처음부터 끝까지 음미하듯이 봤는데, 젊은 셰프의 진정성과 성실함이 가슴 뭉클하게 다가옵니다. 성공을 응원합니다.

obviously he's very accomplished, but how do you determine he is the number one baker in Japan? I don't think it's possible to make that determination, and to make that claim in the title is misleading...
