How do you use it? To make sure that you exercise? Or to say no to certain food choices? I'm curious as I'm in the same boat. I managed to make exercising a habit for over a year now, but still struggle with my food. Thank you in advance.
@Gabriel-tc6ro5 жыл бұрын
@@orsolyatoth7440 I have developed a training structure for myself so that I always go to the gym every 2 days. Most of the time I go immediately when I get up around 6 o'clock so I don't let my negative thoughts arise at all. And if I do, I count down 5,4,3,2,1 and get up and go. It becomes your routine after 4 weeks at the latest and your brain doesn't fight it that much anymore. When I eat, I cook my food every night or make a plan for what I eat the next day. I rarely have unhealthy things at home and of course I treat myself 2-3 times a month to something unhealthy. But that doesn't matter if you pull it through otherwise. Nutrition is simply the key and you drink a lot (water, tea). If you go through your sport, you can sin 2-3 a month without harming it. Hope I could help you :-)

You CAN, Jonathan! She talked to at least three men on her show, so you don't have to worry about being discriminated against. It's just that, for some reason, there are more women there than men. It's probably because the style and format of the show seems to appeal more to women than it does to men, typically speaking.

One of the reasons for things like depression is the obsession for happiness ... this is a line that reminds me of being down to earth: * Sadness is better than laughter, because the sad face improves the heart. The heart of the wise is in the house where mourning is, but the heart of fools is in the house of joy. Ecclesiastes 7: 3,4 * Another thing I want to notice, people today have a disregard for wisdom and an anti-bible for the book that most influenced the world, but take refuge in the hope of finding affection outside the home, which will not happen. As bad as the family is. Lack of wisdom also leads people not to consider that there are differences between 'genres' and different cultures, kzbin.info/www/bejne/kGbEeGmalLGBrLM Sorry my bad english...
