@@MissionKeto for REALS....you will NOT choke! The allulose is minimal but....if you choose to add it....add it with the sour cream & don't overbeat, but mix throughly. 👍 👌 It is just for the brown esthetics color really.

@@cindydemanche3839 Sunday, was bummed not having bread/buns in the freezer & didn't want to gather ingredients & went with my heart putting stuff together it is pretty good for a fast off the cuff kinda improv though. Doing the carnivore thing now....it's so good to eat & prepare simple things 👌

That can easily be answered for them with a question. Would the recipe be the same without it? Now air may not be in a modern kitchen but if it changes anything about it then it’s technically an ingredient. Idk y WHY I think post apocalyptic with this topic when everyone would agree we need water in to heat up our meals

@@Trthsker24 Hello & thanks for asking! The egg "yolk" would not allow the mixture to be big nor fluffy as the yolks contain fat & that destroys the voluminous factor needed. Sorry 😞

@CarnivoreInTheMiddleOfAForest I experiment a lot, too. Chokey was my first attempts. I used Wendy's and Janet Greta's mostly. Just tried The Pure Protein Rolls from Maria's recent video that uses ACV and they are delish. I love trying new recipes and will make yours today along with Angel's carnivore Hawaiian rolls. A good bread day! 🍞
