I just looked up what bread starts with the letter J and there isn't one! The closest thing was Johnnycake, which I suppose you could use for breading but it would be sweet. Savory Johnnycake crumbs? There ya go Josh!

Well, there's Jerusalem Bagels. You could also substitute something for the breadcrumbs. Some cereals work well for that, so maybe crushed "Jumbo Krispies" (apparently that is a thing, though I've never seen it), or the bran flakes from "Just Right". Low effort option would be the JIF peanut butter cereal.

I suggest you film a “Fancy Foods April Fool’s Edition” where you make a really funky version of a dish/meal instead of fancy but fool one (or more) of the staff by telling them it’s a gourmet version. And the best part would be that you’d film it ahead of April fool’s so they wouldn’t even know what hit them (and so you can upload on the actual day haha)

Omg my husband and I started doing letter parties like 8 years ago. It started with the P party - we made a bunch of pickles and wanted to try them all, so we ordered pizza and invited all our friends. The C party where I made 2 dozen creme brulees and everyone bruleed their own custard and I thought for sure our apartment would burn down. H party for our housewarming with homemade horchata and hurricanes. Our J party featured jambalaya, jerk jackfruit, and jello shots. I highly recommend this trend.
