Ingredients:
All-purpose flour or bread flour 300g(2cups)
Instant yeast 3g (1tsp)
Salt 3g (1/2tsp)
White sugar25g (2tbsp)
butter20g (1tbsp+1tsp)
Egg 1
Milk 150ml
unsweetened coconut 60g(3/4cup)
Butter 30g(2tbsp)
White sugar 25g(2tbsp)
Egg 1(save 10ml for later)
Bake at 180°C / 356°F for 20minutes
高筋面粉或蛋白质含量高的中筋面粉 300克（2大杯）
速发酵母 3克 （1小茶勺）
盐 3克 （1/2小茶勺）
白糖25克 （2大勺）
黄油 20克 （1大勺+1小勺）
鸡蛋 1个
牛奶 150毫升（根据面团状态调整）
不加糖椰丝 60克（3/4大杯）
白糖 25克（2大勺）
黄油 30克（2大勺多一点）
鸡蛋 1个（留出10毫升最后刷面用）
预热烤箱180摄氏度或356华氏度烤20分钟

一點都不難做，我用麵包機做麵糰，整型時有些黏手，就用了很多手粉，由於天氣炎熱，我邊整型麵糰就邊餳發了，於是不需要花太多時間靜置餳發。我沒有加牛奶，改成奶粉和清水，烤出來的麵包很香，也很鬆軟拉絲，編織也不難，烤好後很漂亮，讓人胃口大開，非常成功。謝謝Helly老師的分享！
